I GUESS IF THE COMPANY OWNS AND IS PAYING PROPERTY TAX ON THE LAND/LOT IN QUESTION THEN IT IS PRIVATE AND NOT PUBLIC PARKING. I DON'T KNOW BUT I DON'T THINK THEY ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE VEHICLE OWNERS' CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS...

CAN ANYONE VERIFY THIS????

I don't know the Law, but my opinion is… If the company is even just renting the Parking lot, then the company should have the right to set policy on what their Employees can or can not do on their property. If I owned the company, I wouldn't want my employees to get out of their truck with that flag on it and the company uniform on their body.
