Racist vs. Classist
I know this is a crazy, sort of confusing question but...do you guys think racism is based more on race or class? If all my friends are well to do people, is that just as bad as being a person who is prejudice based on color. Do any of you have friends that are living in poverty, that you truly "hang" with."

I think that slowly we are moving away from and segwaying into social bias.
In my opinion it was bound to happen because the world is beginning to bleed into one another with more and more people mixing with different ethnic groups.
Amongst the black community I fear this will pose a problem because we are becoming more aggressive in our quest for wealth and achieving higher education. This may lead to inequities within our culture. Barack Obama has set the bar to an exceptionally high standard for us-thankfully so, but many may take it to a level not becoming of the change and hope that he is advocating for.
By the way..I am the least successful of all of my friends but thankfully it has not made me less quality in their eyes.
