How would you feel if.....

How would you feel if someone took a picture of you, and posted it to the internet and said mean things about what you were wearing, much like the fashion do's and don'ts sections in magazines? Granted if you are in a public place then there is not much you can do,(Fred you're the lawyer...can anything be done?) but how would it make you feel? What do you think of folks who do this? Would you equally upset if the person actually said something positive about you?

I think people are too concerned with "mainstream" bullcrap these days. I would just ignore it because someone is always going to have something to say. There are people in this world who have to stretch a cooking pot worth of food for a week to feed a family of 4 & can't even afford to buy clothes EVER!! And here we are in America eating the buffet (I am so guilty) and complaining that the last time we were able to go shopping was a month ago. We are soooo freaking cheesy and fraud it's ridiculous. It shows just how far removed we are from the realities of what's happening to the other 90% of the world population. We should get a grip..so Britney went w/o her panties and J Love-Hewitt has a big, fat fanny? How about these photogs use their connects to the media to expose poverty on the streets and pool together to gather resources from these shallow celebs to help these indigents with a meal, a place to lay their head..and some panties & other articles of clothing that these rich bitchez care so nonchalantly about??
Well, that's my peace on it.

From a legal perspective, it could be considered defamation if the things that are being said are false and in some instance is per se defamation if for instance they said this person has AIDS (if in fact you do not). Of course, you would have to find the person that posted the picture and made to statement in order to do anything about it. Good luck with that! But as to how I would feel, I wouldn't care unless it somehow affected my family in some way (which I doubt it would because I probably wouldn't even know about it).

I would be mad as HAYLE that my awful fashion sense is available to be viewed by everyone! Now if you happen to be in my habitat and catch me not looking up to par, I can live with that...but to find myself on the interent...I would be crushed. But...secretly thankful, because if the pic is really a heinous fashion crime, then perhaps thats the only way I would have known.
